sugar vs. splenda
I usually drink a cup of green or regular tea once a day while at work. In the past, i've used Splenda (thinking it was less calories/better than regular sugar)
now, i'm not so sure what would be better for baby
thoughts??

I only use sugar now, and wont drink any diet soda, but I know plenty of girls do.

Splenda is not good for anyone...any artificial sweetener is the equivalent of poison practically.
 Stick with real sugar, if anything.

I was an artificial sweetener addict - but switched to Stevia in the Raw. Completely natural, and doesn't have the same (overpowering) taste that regular sugar has for me.

Atificial sweetener is just not good for anyone, pregnant or not. Real sugar is much healthier, despite the extra calories.

My doctor told me artificial sweetners are the devil and to use sugar and stevia. He ACTUALLY said that I could have probably gotten pregnant on my own if I hadn't been such an avid user.  Which I am not too sure about. Either way try to stay away.

BS! I use it all the time and I got preggo what a jerk!
My doc said nutrasweet and splenda were okay but not sweet and low or aspartame.

My doctor said sugar should be my 1st choice then if it's not avail. to use splenda but only a little. I stick with sugar.

The packet from my Dr. said to stay away from artificial sweetners, so I've been sticking with sugar, or sugar in the raw.
