Bathroom renovation - who to use

Hi Ladies!

We are about to go into contract on a house ( ) and it is our first home together. We will need to renovate the bathroom before even moving in.

We are exploring using Jarro, Allure, and Oz contractors, but are hoping to keep the whole thing under $20k, which I am not sure if that is possible with a contractor...

Two part question:
If you have anyone you have worked with that you LOVED please send reccos my way! Would also love feedback on the above mentioned contractors.

How would we even go about timing this if we do not own the house yet? We own our current apt and are not selling, but the longer we stay there the longer we are floating two mortgages which is clearly not ideal.

We got an estimate from Oz last year to add a new bathroom for us... they were so much more expensive then the person we ended up using and I personally did not like the person they sent over. I don't like when some gives me a price but did not let me tell them EXACTLY what i wanted to do.

He did great work.... you just really have to keep reminding him of stuff.

He is on this website called FINDAPRO.COM, they certifiy the contractors and the people that use them can write a review and post pics.

Contact Jon at Castle Concepts NY. They remodeled both bathrooms in my house and I love them! They also remodeled my mother-in-law's bathroom and upstairs. Beautiful work!
