I've read on here that people take it to help, but how does it work and how often are you supposed to take it? TIA

Robitussin, which thins mucus helps to thin out your CM. I start taking it 5 days prior to O

This is my 1st month trying it. I am CD12. I just started taking it today b/c normally i O anywhere from CD15-CD17.
I bought Tussin b.c i could not find the correct Robitussion

I get the "tussin" also, usually from Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Should be fine b/c the ingredient is the same as Robitussin (guaifenesin).

This is all new to me..
I may be wrong- someone fill me in as well if i am. I "think" having thin CM helps the sperm swim easier/faster.
