fertility pillows?
Has anyone ever used one? Because pretty much the most embarrassing moments of my life is going to happen. My dentist who my father also goes to designed this fertility pillow and he is picking it up on wed (btw i did not ask for this)  needless to say there is no way I am asking my dad how I am supposed to use this! So, therefore I am asking you guys.

I have never used a fertility pillow, but I have used a regular pillow under the butt. The idea is for the pillow to slightly tilt your cervix (I am not specifically sure of what is supposed to get tilited back) back so gravity helps the sperm get to where they need to be.
