Will someone explain to me the whole ...
lengthening your luteal phase thing?
I know you're supposed to take B6 but I've read conflicting things.
When do you start taking it and for how long? What dosage? etc.

I think you just add it to your daily vitamin regimin and follow the directions on the bottle.

Okay, I only have two cycles to go off of because I was on the pill before and never got my period, but I had a short lp. I started taking b6 and the following month my lp was longer by a day and a half. If I did not get pregnant this month I was also planning to take vitex along with the b6, but apparently I don't need it now. I was consistently taking 100 mg of b6 with my prenatal vitamin every morning. good luck and let me know if you have any questions!
