any tricks to make you ovulate?
My cycle is all over the place. I am starting clomid next cycle. But, I am doing OPKs and i am on CD28 still no smiley. Is there anything to help this along? I have been drinking raspberry tea.

i wish i new a trick also! i'm on CD40 and no AF and BFNs.....not sure if i O'd yet.
maybe you missed when you O'd? i know some girls use OPKs twice a day to avoid missing a surge

I have PCOS and don't normally ovulate unless I use meds (clomid, injectibles) but I started taking vitex (it's a supplement I get it at vitamin shop) about 3 months ago and last cycle I ovulated finally. It takes a few month to work and you have to take it consistently but if you do a google search you'll find a ton of info. But I don't believe you can take it while taking clomid. It's sort of a natural way to induce ovulation.

Unfortunately I dont think there is a trick to help you O  The raspberry tea will help with CM but I dont think it affects ovulation. Only meds can really work. sorry

I hear ya... I'm on CD40 also, no AF and I took a cheapie test on CD32 and BFN. We also haven't BD in 3 weeks so I figure if I haven't gotten a BFP yet, it's not possible.
I'm seriously thinking of getting a CBEFM.

My friend doesn't ovulate on her own. After 2 years she stopped meds and tried acupuncture. She got pregnant on the 4th month of trying and has a beautiful baby now.
