Gonal F not delivered with cold packs

I just got a delivery of Gonal F. It always comes with cold packs and today it didn't. It was room temperature. I just put it in my refrigerator. Isn't it supposed to always be refrigerated? If it wasn't on their end, isn't it not good? Since it didn't feel cold at all, I feel like it was never refrigerated.

I don't think that is has to be kept cold, it just lasts longer if it is. So if you are going to use it soon it should not be a problem. But call your doctor if you are unsure.

It can be left at room temp for up to 30 days....so say you leave it out for 7 days and put it back in the fridge on the 8th day....then you have 23 days left for room temp

Thanks for the responses.

When I called the pharmacy, they told me it doesn't have to be refrigerated in the winter, that they don't deliver it refrigerated in the winter. They only deliver it with cold packs in the summer. I've had many deliveries and this is not what I have experienced.
