Evap line on FRER - Update 02/14/10
Okay first off I don't know how many DPO I am because it is obvious that I miscalculated the date I O'd I am on CD43 right now. Last Saturday I started spotting, more spotting on Sunday and then on monday it was light and tuesday nothing. I am not inclined to say it wasn't AF since I didn't have cramps before or after that. Yesterday I took a FRER with FMU and got a REALLY FAINT line right away but I could not tell if there was any color to it. I took another one today with FMU today and the same thing happened. As the liquid was going across the test area the faint line came up right away and then the control line, but it still looks just grey. Has anyone else had an issue with evap lines right away with the FRER? Honestly I would take a pic but I don't think it will show up.

Hopefully it's a BFP for you though! 2 days in a row might mean something. 
Yea - I think it means
(1) It is either too early
(2) It is a BFN
I tested with 2 other tests at lunch. I know it is not FMU and if it is early still probably (although I am on CD 43 right now
and I have no idea when I ovulated or when my period is due.)
Both BFN...even the FR gold digital.
I will wait until Wednesday and if there is nothing yet (no AF or BFP) I will go to doctor's.

I do not think FRER have evap lines...
Check my album I gota faint positive w/a FRER.

yea...but your line looks pinkish. Mine doesn't. It looks grey, and they later on it looks almost non existent. I know where to look because I saw where it was before but if I was just someone else looking at it I would think I was crazy. Maybe I got a bad batch of FRER's. I just don't know what is going on with my body. Maybe I never even O'd, although I am not sure what that bleeding would have been then. I think maybe I might just have to go to the doctor's and find out what's wrong with me.

I tried but it doesn't show up on my crappy camera phone and I cant find my digital. Honestly...this is the second day in a row that I have gotten a grey line on the FRER and I am thinking that they were faulty. I am gonna try and get some other brands and test tomorrow.

I was reading on a site that apparently now that they made the FRER more sensative (which are the ones I was taken...6 days sooner test) that LOTS of people have reported seeing dark grey lines show up immediately.

This information was updated late last month. I am going to go and get and answer and a digital today.

it may just be your cycle being whacky after going off the pill. i would test again with fmu tomorrow but if its still neg I would prob just wait for AF to arrive.
