Went to the Dr. today
He did a sono (even though I just went for my Level II two days ago, but I'm not complaining). He did not change my due date even though the Level II tech said that I am 24 weeks, not 22 weeks. He said it is close enough and he is getting measurements closer to the 22 weeks. Is this normal?

 That's how I felt!
If you dont' mind my asking, did you have him closer to the original date or the date it would have been changed to?

Boo!! I don't know what type of equipment your doctor is using, but the equipment they used at my Level II was much more accurate than what my doctor had, so I would be inclined to go with what the sonographer said. 2 weeks seems like a big difference and I'm surprised he's not changing your date. If he insists on keeping it the same it looks like you may get to deliver early!

His due date was the 21st and I had him on the 19th.
ETA: every time I went back I was like can it be moved up?

My doctor said at that point in your pregnancy they usually don't change your due date. The measurements can be way off sometimes. But you are in the "range" where you need to be so that is what matters!

That's what he told me. I just didn't like that answer and wanted to hear another one Something along the lines of...I will have the baby earlier and he doesn't know what he's talking about
