Friday QOTD:

I know xmas isn't for awhile, but april has been on my mind because if I miss this coming cycle then I won't have a pre xmas baby/2011. If I get a BFP then my DD should be Dec 11th.


So on to my question.



What was your most memorable childhood Christmas present? Was it memorable in a good way or a bad way? How old were you?

Mine was my homemade cabbage patch doll My mom and brothers' thought it would be funny to take one of my sisters' and myself favorite doll and put a cabbage head as the head. I remember screaming "What happen to my becky doll" my dad has it on VHS. We did get a real cabbage doll.

I was around 4 or 5 and I got my first Barbie. It was the holiday edition and I was so excited I could barely speak. Eventually I screamed "this is what I've always wanted." and I started shaking and crying.
My entire family was over...they never let me live it down.

I remember we got a knock hockey game and just the enormous wrapped box with a giant bow was really exciting. There was also one year that we got a ping pong table. My older siblings some how snooped in my dad's day planner and figured it out so we got up really early and it was all set up in our basement! We probably played for an hour or two before my parent even woke up!
