What are you doing to aid in TTC?
We are using OPKs and Im monitoring CM....Im not temping yet. Im taking EPO/Green Tea for CM and Vitex/Chasteberry to help regulate my cycle which can be a little off.
We are also following "Deannas plan" for timing just to make sure we are covering our bases.
If you are TTC #2 or more, what are you doing again, did you add anything new?

Re: What are you doing to aid in TTC?
For DS, I used an OPK and got pg right away.
This time, I was using OPK's, Preseed and Deanna's plan for most of the last 10 months. This month I am using the CBEFM. If we don't get pregnant this month, we will probably move onto Clomid/IUI for the next month.
* I also try and drink more water to help CM.

Re: What are you doing to aid in TTC?
My biggest thing this time around (we already have one DC) was to not stress and get too "involved" in all the TTC stuff. At least not at first. Last time, it took us 6 months to get PG (not a very long time) and I was using OPK's, checking CM, obsessively trying to make sure we at the "right time." The month that we got PG was the one month I didn't do any of that and decided we should just whenever the mood struck. This time around, I swore to myself that I would try as best I could to be laid back and just whenever we were in the mood. Got our BFP the first month I think the stress can really negatively impact TTC efforts. I think it's so important to trust our bodies and to understand that (in most cases, barring medical issues, etc.), they are BUILT for this! When we're ovulating, we will get that extra surge in libido, the CM will be ready to go, we are MADE for this!

Re: What are you doing to aid in TTC?
NO idea if it actually helped but after 6 months of trying, I gave up tracking everything. Took robitussin and conceived that month!
If you have no idea what I'm talking about. . . go here
