use of a heating pad
This my sound a little nutty - when I was seeing this quack of an acupuncturist she kept telling me to stay warm, and to use heated kosher salt in a pillow case and put on my belly before my transfer. Well, I stopped seeing her and now I am still dealing with a thin lining, I was wondering if anyone knows if using a heating pad on your lower belly helps with the lining or not. I went in this morning for a sono and on CD12 my lining is only around 5. I am completely devestated that this cycle will be cancelled too. Any advice? TIA.

Re: use of a heating pad
During my last cycle I used a heating pad along with acupuncture with e-stims (electro-acupuncture) and my lining had reached 11.4 mm a couple of days before retrieval (it was always around 8 before). So I don't know which one of the 2 helped but something did.
Good Luck!

Re: use of a heating pad
I always used a heating pad when I stimmed. My first acupuncturist told me to do that. But I would keep it on low and just do it for like 15 minutes. Don't know if it really helped my lining but I always had a good number!
