Throw some dust my way please! Update on bottom
Just put an offer on a house. This is the second house we've made an offer on but it's sooooooo much better than the first.

The sellers countered with only 5000 more than we offered and we accepted. Then we found out today that after 9 months of them having no offers, after we put ours in on Saturday, they got another on Sat and one this morning. Hopefully they take ours.

We just put offer and after going back and forth a bit, they accepted. Was on the market for 7 months...Praying that all other buyers stay out of that house until we go into contract!
