Got our Mortgage Commitment!!
Finally!!!!
Hopefully that means closing is right around the corner. 
The appraisal is done, title search is done, survey is done...what else has to be done?
I can't wait to finally close!!

Congrats! did you get the commitment with a clear to close? if so...then you just have to schedule closing!

I'm not sure yet, b/c I found out on the phone at like 5pm friday...so I have to wait to see what the leter says on Monday.
I'm so anxious now!

nothing has to be done on our end- just set the closing and do the walk thru
I will be harrassing the sellers agent starting monday about closing
