what meds to avoid?
i woke up this morning with a sinus headache and my nose has not stopped running all morning! is there any medication i should avoid during the ttc process?
i do not know if i am in 2ww...my cycles have been super long and i didnt use opks this month. I'm at CD28

You *could* avoid anything with a warning on the package about consulting your doctor if you're pregnant or breastfeeding......
But, I don't believe you will do any harm if you take an OTC cold medicine before you could even know you are PG.
I don't know. I could be wrong - I'm still new at this. Someone more knowledgeable may have a better answer.

pretty much... but if it will bother you extra strength tylenol is safe

You can also try using a neti-pot or saline rinse to help w/the congestion - both are safe since they just use a saline solution.

sudafed is safe and allowed during pregnancy.
ive taken it a few times.
