I'm new to this
I just wanted to introduce myself to this board.. DH and I have decided we want to stop waiting and will start TTC this month. I am super excited! I still am kind of in disbelief that we came to this decision as I am not sure if I know what I am in for..but we are anxious to start.
We are currently living with DH's parents to save for a home and I will be doing my student teaching in September..so timing isnt really "ideal" but will it really ever be? We figure, even if I conceive right away (which I know is not all that likely) the baby wouldn't be born until December which was when we were planning on moving out anyway 
Anything I should know or do to prep? My doctor said to take vitamins, but should I be taking prenatal ones? Other than that ppl have said just don't stress about it and everything will be fine but

Welcome!  You're right, the time will never be right so might as well start trying Aside from prenatals I cant think of anything else you should be doing. Are you just winging it or going to use ovulation test, temping etc?

Well..I sort of have an idea of when I am ovulating according to my cycle..so we will just make sure we get down to business on those days..other than that I guess we're winging it?

i would def take a prenatal vitamin and just try to get a hold of ur cycles..learn bout them and how long they r etc

Welcome. This is a wonderful site for advice and support. Do not stress. let this be an exciting journey for you and DH. Def take prenatels over the countr is fine or a prescription. Learn you cycle.

Just wanted to say thank you for the welcomes and the good wishes. I think we are just going to see how it goes without doing too much orchestrating for the next few months. If it doesn't work, then I will begin the temping and calculating!
