Tea to increase CM
What was the name of it again? Red leaf tea?? Also, where can I get this magical tea I really need some EWCM this cycle!!!

I've never heard of red raspberry leaf tea increasing cm. Its supposed to help regulate your menstrual cycle and boost your repfoductivev system. I drank it bc I had very heavy and painnful periods.
I found grapefruit juice to be the most helpful in increasing cm. That and green tea.

i found it was a side effect (or something like that) to the tea, but that's not what it's for (as far as i know). i think it was just coincidence that ang and i both experienced it. but who knows! worth a shot.
i used yogi and got it from amazon.

Oh I see. So you just drank the tea because you liked it and it just happen to give you EWCM? Isnt there a tea thats suppose to increase CM though?

i was reading the other day that Green Tea will increase CM... i remember hearing about pineapples also doing that...
those are the only natural things i know of..

no i drank it to help lengthen my LP, and I noticed I had a lot more CM

I tried green tea in the past and really didn't feel it helped with my CM. This month I tried red raspberry leaf tea and I actually did get much more ewcm right before O. You can get it at a healthfood store.
