Curious-- for those that take B6 to help lengthen LP?

Curious-- for those that take B6 to help lengthen LP?
I have been taking Folgard for the last month, and it has *I think* 50mg of B6 in it. I am wondering if that is making my LP longer.

I take B complex which also had 50 mg of B6. I take it b/c my LP was only 10 days. The first cycle I took it, it was 12 days so it definitely lengthened it for me. For some girls, that amount doesn't impact them thogh.
Im currently waiting to see how long this LP is... Hopefully it's still helping :)

thanks for the info-- that's very helpful. My doc put me on it for MTHFR, not LP deficiency, but I do have a short one-- about 10 days. I should get my period tom or Fri, so we shall see. I guess that will make the wait to see if it comes even more excruciating! But it also gives me hope because I did get BFPs so early with my last pregnancy-- so it doesn't mean I'm out yet.
