Day 5 of Positive OPK....

...so what do you think? They are not true and accurate? I have been BF for 18 months and have not had a period yet. On a whim I decided to take an OPK three days ago and got two lines - strong lines...I have taken them for three straight days - always in the evening and have had three "positive" results since.

What gives?

Any guesses of what is going on here?

I edited this as I have been getting a second line all week - day 5 was yesterday...something is up as I did do an opk a few weeks back and there was no second line at all.

I have read that it is normal to have a positive three days in a row...if you continue to get positive then you should consult a Dr. However, I dont know if this is different since you are breastfeeding.

Yeah I got a positive for three days last cycle. Drove me crazy.

Thanks...just got another positive which is leading me to think -

1) Its because I am BF

or

2) Its because the tests are crap.

Sucks as I dont want to keep taking these damn tests but I would like to get a negative and then know they did work.
