Help- I have an infected wisdom tooth
I am in dire pain and don't know what to do- should I just head to the ER or is there some type of emergency dental center that is open now? Any ideas?

You should call your Dr to see what you should do. I would think you will need to have this tooth extracted ASAP. I dont know if you can use a pain killer in the meantime. Speak to your OB. Good luck.

If the pain is that bad, call your dentist's emergency line. Going to the ER won't help unless they have a dental clinic on site...They won't give you any pain medicine stronger then Tylenol...Once you get into the dentist, they will treat the infection and take it out...Hope you feel better soon...

LIJ has a dental clinic in their ER. I have used it...I'm not sure how far you are from there. Maybe try calling the ER there and ask them if they will treat you...
