DH's Sperm Saving Supplements
A few people have asked for the list of things that helped DH's sperm so here it is.
Target (Up Up) Men's Daily Multi Vitamin CoQ10 100mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500mg L-Carnitine 100mg Vit D 1000iu Omega 3, 6, 9 (2 pills a day as per directions on bottle) Grape Seed Extract 50mg Super Antioxidant (2 pills per day as per directionson bottle) Ginseng 250mg Red Wine Extract (1 pill per day as per directions on bottle) Zinc 50mg Baby Aspirin 81mg Vitamin C 500mg L-Arginine 500mg B-12 1000mcg Folic Acid 400mcg Selenium 200mcg Vitamin E 400iu N-Acetyl-Cysteine 500mg Maximum Greens (2 pills per day as per directions on bottle)
He also takes a probiotic everyday but that isn't for fertility just to keep the tummy and intestines working well.
While it worked for us I can't promise it will for everyone and I am by no means a doctor so please don't take anything without checking with your doctor first.

Re: DH's Sperm Saving Supplements
I can't believe you got your husband to take all of that!!!
When we were TTC for DS, my DH took a men's fertility vitamin that had most of the ingredients/vitamins/minerals that you mention here, though not in such high strengths. The most important for sperm production are selenium, zinc, L-argenine and L-cartinine - you can usually find them all in the same supplement. I also had my DH take pycnogenol. Initially his count and motility were fine, but his morphology was really low. I got pregnant within two months or so of starting the supplements.

My DH's biggest issue was also morphology. He went from 4% to I believe 26%. "Normal" is usually 14% depending on the lab/doctor. The other two areas improved too but since they weren't really the problem I don't remember the numbers. I have the SA's somewhere. Also, he insanely upped his water intake which I think helped a lot too. I thik I probably would have been pregnant much sooner also but unfortunately I have PCOS so I wasn't ovulating regulary, in fact I hadn't ovulated in months before we conceived. But I had also started some supplements and on the cycle I got pregnant finally ovulated CD40!

wow that is some list, but great job listing all of them here, I can only imagine how many people you may help on future searches on this topic!!!
My best friend has PCOS, may I ask what supplements you took to help w/ ovulation? If my current pregnancy is confirmed to be viable, then my next mission will be to help her get pregnant!
