EXTREMELY filling 6 point breakfast
English muffin toasted = 3 pts 1 tbsp peanut butter = 3 pts sliced banana = 0 pts
Toast the muffin, spread the 1 tbsp pb on the two sides, slice some banana on top..........it's very very filling and delicious!!!! It'll keep you full for hours.

That sounds yummy! I will try that tomorrow .
Can I ask what PB you're using? Trader Joe's Better N' Peanut Butter is 2 points for 2 tbsp. This tasty meal has the potential to be cut down even more!

Re: EXTREMELY filling 6 point breakfast
Omg, how funny, as I read the title of your thread, I thought of what I had for breakfast and it was the exact same thing, except I had a WW bagel toasted, so that made it 7 points. Great minds eat alike

I LOVE this breakfast. I don't do WW (although I probably should), but I've been eating this almost everyday for 2 years.

Re: EXTREMELY filling 6 point breakfast
Awesome breakfast! I've been using PB2 (its a powdered peanut butter that you reconstitute with water...I know it sounds gross, but its actually really realu good and 85% less fat than regular peanut butter! and its all natural with no funny chemical) with toast and sliced banana in the morning and it holds me for hours!!

Re: EXTREMELY filling 6 point breakfast
I kinda have the same breakfast every morning. I've noticed it's the only thing that will hold me till lunch.
Eggo Waffle: 2pts Better Butter PB: 2pts 1/2 a banana sliced on top
