CBE digital OPK problem!

So yesterday I took my first digital CBR OP test. It went fine...the results were negative. Well, this morning I try again and when I pull out the digital monitor from the box, it still had the blank circle on the screen from the morning before! I followed the directions yesterday and ejected the test once I had the answer and put it away. Anyway, I had to pee so bad...so I put a new stip in anyway and tried to force a test. It didn't work and the screen had the blank circle on it the entire time. After about 5 mins, it went away.

Did I goof up somewhere? Has this happened to anyone else?

I never had that problem, but I know that sometimes these things are defective. I would pee in a cup so that if anything is defective you can reuse it instead of having to wait four hours or til the next day. Just a piece of advice.

if this happens you have to put in the stick and eject it right away.....the circle will clear within a few minutes but you cannot pee on the stick when its in the reader with an empty circle. You wont get a result.

OPKs detect best later in the day anyway so try again later today. Typically the surge begins in the am but is not detected on the test until later in the day.
