if you want to find the start of your surge then yes.
I test2x but not that I moved on to IUI I test 3x because as soon as i get the =) i have to call my dr for the IUI. Since its super time sensitive I wanted to catch it on the start of the surge.

Do you hold it in before you test? I chug down two types of tea..  so I need to pee a bit more that usual..

yeah... i dont know if its exactly 4 hours but close enough... i dont drink too much during the day at work so i dont go to the bathroom that often
