Waiting on buying?
Prices keep coming down on houses....should we wait until the rates go even higher and the prices come lower?

there has been much discussion about this here -
If you find a house you love love love and you can afford it now, I would buy.
I am not buying right now, but I am not getting married until next summer, and FH and I both live at home (rent free) so we are able to save $$ each month.
The winter season is typically slower, with less buyers....and the way inventories are so high right now, there will probably be many of the homes still on the market in december....so thats when we are going to seriously look.
