AF question
Last month AF arrived unusually late in the evening @7 pm. I usually get it in the early am. It was a heavy flow right away do I count that night cd1 or do I count the following day the first full flow day? I usually fluctuate between 28-29 days this month would mark 28. Just curious when I should expect her ( or not  )

The first day of the full flow.. so I would use the night as CD 1.

I agree. If its a flow full then I would count it as CD1 even if it was later in the day.
