another prenatal vitamin question
I just finished my bottle of regular vitamins (rainbow light) and DH got me the same brand of prenatals. I'm comparing the amounts of the ingredients and I find that the regular vitamins have more of everything except for iron. I would think that prenatals would havemore of everything- no? Should I look for another brand?

Dont quote me on this but Im assuming the most important ingredient would be Folic Acid. Does the reg. vitamin have more of that?

Overall the pills are the same standard size so I dont think they can fit more of everything you know? From what I can tell they have more folic acid and that is it.

they both have 800 mgs of folic acid. but for the regular vitamin, its 200% of RDA and for the prenatal its 100%.,,

See, this confuses me, too. Also, when I compare the multi with the prenatal prescription, the multi has more vitamins, in general. Do you find that, too?

i never compared regular vitamins with prenatals... but i only take the prenatals with DHA in it...
