Need to vent!
I just went to CVS to refill my pre-natal vitamins. Frist of all, I'm trying to switch everything over to DHs insurance so I gave her the card. Didn't go through so she had to go call the insurance company. While she's calling I'm waiting at the counter. Another girls asks if I'm being helped and I say yes. No one was behind me and I was just waiting. The girl then comes over again 5 min later and says, "Can I actually help the person behind you?" EWWWWWW! What a nasty tone she had with me. I didn't even hear the guy come up from behind me or I would've moved right away.
So then the girl helping me comes over and says DH's insurance has my bday as 7/23/10, our anniversary, so it can't go through. Ugh! So we switch it back to my old insurance and then I give her the coupon my Dr. gave me. It's $10 off up to $100 and you use it every time you re-fill. So the girls says it's not going through and I ask her why and she says I don't know call them. So I said well who do I call because on the back there is only a # for pharmacists. So she tells me to call that number. So I call and only pharmacists can call so I'm like "excuse me, only the pharmacy can call" She clearly didn't want to call, and grabbed it from me and said, "you're gonna have to give me a few minutes" so I'm like "no problem" So then the nasty girl who told me to move goes over and is talking to her and shaking her head. Are you freaking kidding me ******!!
I was there for so long and would've been fine waiting, but damn those girls were so nasty!!! I wanted so badly to speak to their manager. What the heck is wrong with people?
