carseat inspection ?
sorry if this is a dumb question:
do we have to make an attempt to install it ourselves? or will they install it for us?

It depends on the location. Nassau County Traffice Safety does not require the seat to be installed first. Only thing asked is to have the seat out of the box and ready to go.

we're in nj.....
there are 2 places close to me, the closer 1 is only open 2 tuesdays each month
and the other one is open the 1st sat of each month
both are 1st come 1st serve
so i'm sending dh this saturday while i'm working
