I'm on CD11. I usually have my period for about a week- it's light for a day or two, then it comes on full force, then it peters out. I stopped wearing tampons, etc. on like Friday, so ok-- period over after a week.

Yesterday (CD10) after going to the bathroom I wiped and noticed red blood. *TMI WARNING*, I was going #2, so there was a little pushing involved-- which I know tends to push things out. After a bowel movement is when I noticed the most EWCM for example.

The rest of the day it was brown, but I feel *a little* crampy, although it could totally be psychosymatic (sp?). Today, noticed a little more brown, but it seems to be gone.

I know I should just watch it-- but has anyone else experienced spotting like this after their period? Also wonder if it's maybe from the Folgard, which I just started taking a week or so ago-- it has extra B vitamins, etc. and may be doing something... who knows.
