Sun: chicken vegetable soup with warmed bread
Mon: chicken tacos with fixings, yellow rice, avocado salad
Tues: dover sole with lemon, tomatoes and roasted garlic, butternut squash risotto, salad
Wed: shells with meatballs, sauteed spinach spinach
Thurs: blackbean chili with butternut squash and bulgar, corn bread
Fri: out

Monday: Flank steak with harvest grains blend
Tuesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup with salad
Wednesday: Grilled chicken, avocado, red pepper, mozzarella paninis with salad
Thursday: Arroz con pollo
Friday: Philly Cheesesteaks
Saturday: ??

Sunday- Take out Chinese
Monday- Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, spinach.
Tuesday- Oven roasted lemon garlic chicken,rice pilaf, green beans.
Wednesday- Inside of chicken pot pie made in the crockpot w/ dumplings.
Thursday- Turkey Kielbasa. potato piergies.
Friday- Hopefully ice /snow will be melted so I do not have to cook. Otherwise, breakfast for dinner- scrambled eggs, center cut bacon, toast.
Saturday- Going to a birthday party.

Sunday: roasted chicken w/green beans and mashed potatoes
Monday: whole grain pasta w homemade bolognese sauce. Salad.
Tuesday: Tired. Pizza
Wednesday: black bean tortillas, yellow rice, salad
Thursday: angus burgers with oven fries
Friday: not sure. (we had pizza night early)
Saturday: up in the air

Thurs.-School so not sure
