I feel like I'm going to be out again

I know you're not out until she shows but I feel the pre AF cramps and bloating starting and just generally expect her to show some time in the next couple of days. Last month was CD 30 so that's Wednesday.

I feel sad and frustrated trying to plan for next month. We have MF issues (morphology 6%) and I know IUI really isn't a big help for MF so do we shell out more money on IUI's that really won't help? Do we just take a break for a month or two and clear our heads? DH had a great count this month (19 million) but I wonder how many of those were deformed and useless.

Part of me even wonders if we just quit and be thankful for what we have.
I know a lot of you ladies have been trying a lot longer and trying for your first so I don't want to sound ungrateful for what I do have. It's just hard when in your heart you want a baby and to grow your family and have to come to terms with that might not happen.

Sorry for rambling I just needed to get some of those thoughts out.

MF greatly lowers the chances of success for an IUI but it doesn't mean that it can't happen. Of course IVF will increase your chances by a whole bunch, if that is an option for you.

And you don't sound ungrateful. Every situation is different, but we all have a common goal: to have a baby!

I totally understand. I have a DD already and I know what it feels like to want more. If you really want another baby then keep going! Like you said, perhaps the IUI is not the best route, but see what your doctor says. And when I was pregnant with DD, I went for my beta....never took an HPT....i remember saying to myself in the car "why am I even going, I am getting AF any minute, I can feel it"....I went, they took my blood and I coughed up my copay. All morning I kept going to the bathroom to check for AF since I knew she was coming.....at just about noon, the doctor called to tell me that the beta was positive! It was the best shock ever! So you are totally not out yet!!!! Keep your hopes up!!!
