potato skins recipe?
do you just bake them first and cut them in half scoop some potato out and fill? is there a technique i should be aware about to make them crispy?
if anyone has made them before, do you have advice?

Bake, scoop, fill, bake again so they get crispy.

Bake, scoop, deep fry, fill with cheese and bacon and broil to melt cheese

i do this.
bake cut in half & scoop brush with EVOO sprinke garlic powder, s&p bake again This get them totolly crispy then I wait until i am ready to serve, put the bacon i cooked and crumbled earlier and the cheese & scallon bake once more just to melt and warm!
they come out amazing... not frying needed!
