Ok Ryan is 9.5 months old... AND I have an angelcare monitor (which beeps if the child stops beathing or is removed from the crib) and on days/nights that he sleeps for an unusual amout of time.... I check to see if he is still breathing- I guess for me- having an ALARM on the crib still isnt enough

at night I turn my monitor Waaaaaaaaay up to hear her breathe - then I turn it back down and go back to sleep.b (Sometimes when my husband sleeps really deeply I put my hand on him to make sure he is breathing too )
