There's a restaurant in Charleston (Magnolia's) that serves freshly made potato chips with scallions and blue cheese crumbles. Killer.
There is a place near my house that has this...BUT with drizzled honey all over it. SO GOOD

Love it. Love it on anything or even alone on a cracker.
DH can do with out it. He'll tolerate gorgonzola in a salad once a year.
