what would you serve with jambalaya?
I think i'm going to attempt this tonight, and was wondering what to serve with it.

I look at it as a one pot meal.. so probably just a salad. MAYBE a homemade focaccia or garlic-pepper breadsticks as a starter.

I'd serve over rice (I've never made Jambalaya so IDK if rice is already in it), or cornbread or a roasted corn and tomato salad.

this is what i was thinking, and one of the epicurious comments was to serve it with bread... which I was surprised because I don't usually do rice AND bread.
