EDD 10/22!

a teeny tiny little vent.
just need to get this out, and then i'm over it ... i promise!
tonight dh told me that 2 of his friend's wives are pregnant. one with their first, the other with their second. i love these guys, and i absolutely adore their wives ... i am so excited for them.
another friend of ours just had a little one a couple of weeks ago. i'm thrilled for them, and have been working on a gift for a couple of months now.
to be honest, i'm not exactly sad that they aren't local - even before we were ttcing, i didn't like going to showers! 
i'm just having one of those "when will it be OUR turn" moments ... a moment of weakness, i guess.
dh keeps reminding me that their  has no bearing on our success or failure to have a . they didn't use up our chance. i know he's right in my head, but my heart isn't entirely convinced.
ok, i think i'm done.

he's right
it's normal to feel those pangs of jealousy, but rest assured that you'll be there soon enough. And i bet that when it happens, one of your friends will be the one to have the same thoughts about you!  Keep your head up, and hang in there!

I don't believe this is weakness, you are only human and it is definitely ok to have these feelings. Most importantly is to pick yourself up and keep going. It will happen for you both.

I am currently TTC #2.....and honestly, it doesn't make it any easier when it's happening to everyone else around you. I feel the same way. I feel like everyone is pregnant except me! It's OK to have a pity party every now and then!

I hear you. vent away..
I just found out in 2 days that our friends who got married the following 2 months after our wedding are pregnant. When DH told me about the first I said "watch <friends#2> are pregnant too". BINGO!
 I am happy for them but now I am feeling I am that couple that they start saying "Hmmmm whats wrong".
However, I have a feeling this is going to be a new year though. New me, Healthier me and Baby make 3????

I know how you feel..... I tend to avoid a couple of pregnant women at work because of that  I just feel so angry all the time. I keep thinking to myself why them, and not me?
