Meatloaf
I've never made a good one.
Is there a trick? Kind of meat? Spices?
Lord knows I've tried...
Help me!

Re: Meatloaf
I like to make turkey meatloaf, here is what i do:
1 pkg ground turkey 1 egg couple splashes of worstershire sauce 1 chopped onion couple cloves chopped garlic italian seasoning breadcrumbs 1 tiny can of tomatoe sauce/puree black pepper
I think that is everything.... i don't measure, sorry! but it somes out awesome!
mix together, add breadcrumbs until you get desired texture.. not too dry,you want it to still be moist before cooking! form into log, top wit ketchup and slices of bacon. i put another small can of sauce around it with water in the onions and black pepper and out it over the brown rice i make with it usually! a I bake it with a thermometer to ensure its done

Re: Meatloaf
1 pkg ground turkey 1 egg worstershire sauce chopped onion couple cloves chopped garlic italian seasoning breadcrumbs snp to taste.. sometimes I add chopped portabello mushrooms... sauteed zucchini..
the key is to have a moist mixture... and not over cook it!!! I cook mine at 400 and 25 mins.

Re: Meatloaf
1 pound to 1 and 1/4 pound of ground beef 1 egg 1 cup of bread crumbs 1/4 cup of brown gravy Salt Pepper
Mix all ingredients together; if too dry, add a little more gravy. If too moist, add a little more bread crumbs.
Mold into a pan and cook. Not sure what temperature as my recipe is at home.
