weight watchers online
what are your thoughts? is it a good system? is it easy to stick to? what kind of weekly weight loss have you been seeing?
i haven't done WW in YEARS--hated getting weighed publicly like livestock and sitting for meetings being lectured about the importance of weighing my oranges...

this is my first time doing WW & I am doing the online. I have been only in the program for a week, so I am not sure how much I am loosing but I can say I like it. I know I would never make the meetings

I had a lot of success with the online last year. I lost the post-baby weight and found it fairly easy to stick to. With 2 toddlers, and working full-time, I would never have time to make a meeting.
