AF help!wayy tmi

OK so my story in a nutshell is I got off BCP in july, didnt get AF till September, took Provera in November, barely got AF, then got AF in December for a 7 days straight, really heavy.

I was supposed to go back on BCP so I started with the few pills (11) I had from some old packs while the mail order prescription came through. The mail order took forever so I ended up stopping the BCP after 11 days (and I was spotting the entire time). Now I have AF again, super heavy, I have cramps which iI NEVER have and I'm beyond depressed, I couldnt even get to work today.

Obviously this is due to the PCOS and my idiocy with the BCPs but what the eff is going on with my body???

And how is there so much blood? I dont understand how it just keeps coming. I know I've been very irregular but does it just stay in there till the next time?

so sorry its tmi, I just am not comprehending my situation.

This happened to my sister when she stopped halfway through a pack. The dr said she should've never done that. That's why you're bleeding so much.

for me PCOS caused irregular and very light AF. but for others it can be the opposite and cause very heavy, very long and erratic AF.
why are you going back on BCP?
