anyone ever do 2 ml/cc's of pio?

this cycle instead of one ml or cc or whatever it is lol we are going to do 2! dr b said it was better with the pio bc i didnt get af prematurely but my serum prog at beta could have definately been stronger even on the 1 mg.

anyone ever do 2? i was v moodly and bloated on 1 mg.

I was on 2 PIO for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy so I cannot if that is what was making me moody and bloated but I CAN tell you that even with sitting on a heating pad before and after and massaging the area my azz hurt BAD...I also think I have residual numbness

awwwww yups i can see that.... with the one pio a day for 14 days my hip/butt still is soo sore!!!

i was on 2CCs from the day of my ER through 11 weeks of pregnancy. i dont think the side effects from the progesterone itself were too bad, other than the normal bloating. but i def had (and still have) major irritation at the injection site. i also used a heating pad for at lest 20 minutes after the injects or i would be in a ton of pain the next day. i dont know if the higher CCs had anything to do with it, because i never did 1CC, 2CCs is all I ever knew with PIO, and I have to say i am SOOO glad it's over!!

One of the very first things out of my mouth after learning that I had a chemical last thursday "At least I can stop the pain in the azz PIO shots!"

I was on 2cc's every night for I think just 2 weeks, but it certainly feels like longer! I did the heating pad before and after for 20 minutes. I switched sides every night and still had a sore azz. Matter of fact I still feel the lumps now and I haven't taken it since last Wed. I guess my hard palm massages didn't work either.

I didn't have any terrible side effects.

I had to do it. It's definitely not pleasant, but it's manageable. My tush was sore for weeks after I stopped.

If it helps your levels, it's worth it, but it's definitely the worst of the bunch.
