Weight Watchers Shopping List
So what are some staples on your shopping list? I'm looking to really stock myself with good, plan friendly foods so I don't have excuses stray.

baby carrots fruit (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, oranges) whole wheat wraps tuna soup (campbells soup by hand- chicken and stars is 2 pts) cucumbers hummus yogurt low fat string cheese turkey burgers veggie burgers light whole wheat bread egg beaters (egg whites) lettuce and stuff to make a salad (peppers, cucs, etc.) fat free balsamic vingerette dressing

whole carrots (I prefer to peel and chop them myself, they taste 1000% better than baby carrots) tomatoes cucumber limes brussel sprouts broccoli clementines apples onion garlic light english muffins garden vegetable egg beaters whole wheat pasta rao's marinara sauce wasa crackers laughing cow cheese wedges boneless skinless chicken breasts ground lean beef and/or turkey

these ladies gave some awesome suggestions. If you have Wild By Nature near you, Suzie's rice crackers are great. They look like square shaped rice cakes but taste much better imo. 3 for 1 point. They are yummy with a smear of pumpkin butter (1 point).
Also....
WW bagels (4 points on the new plan) WW brownies (3pts) Skinny Cow ice cream cones (4 points) whole wheat pasta Kashi Go Lean - 5 points w/skim milk for a 1 cup serving. Keeps me full for hours!
