Re: low vitamin D?
I was also told I had really low Vit D. My doc said that Vit D defficiency makes it difficult for your body to absorb proper nutrients. I was put on 8,000 IU for 10 days, and now take 1,000 to maintain my levels. I really did not ask if there was any relations to m/c or not. Good luck.

Re: low vitamin D?
I have a diagnosed autoimmune disorder and very low vitamin D (they often go hand in hand). I have difficulty absorbing Vitamin D. I started with 1,000 and then when my level did not increase enough I was told to increase dosage to 2,000. Then, the day of my 1st FET transfer my Rheumatologist called with my Vit D levels and they skyrocketed. That cycle I did get a BFP but unfortunately ended in a chemical. That was my 1st BFP ever. I wondered if it had to do with my higher level of Vitamin D.
