Could use some help and questions answered. A little long

Long story short we did IVF to conceive. DD because DH had to under go Chemo for testicular cancer. When we went in the day of my egg retrieval our RE suggested for the h*ll of it to get a sample from DH ( we were told after his chemo he would most likely not have any good sperm) well DH had 5 live healthy sperm. The RE was surprised and said that it was a good thing he had live healthy sperm. We actually used the 5 sperm in that cycle with my eggs. But he count at the time was super low. DH gos in 3 weeks to see his dr and to get a SA but for now we are taking it as he's sperm count is way up and back to normal. So I need a lesson on TTC! So here is my questions:
I've been keeping track of my cycles since Aug and in Aug I had AF for 22 days full heavy flow. Went to the OB found out I had a cyst. The next month I had it for 10 days. Skipped October and last month had a full heavy flow for 25 days. Went and saw the NP because I couldn't get an appt with my OB. She said I was fine and my cycles were normal and to just take the pill and it will make my cycles normal. At the time we weren't thinking about ttc. We actually just thought to start on Christmas. I yessed her to death and said to myself ill wait till next month( december) and see how my cycle gos and if its still long wait it out to see my OB. I started spotting on Dec 18th heavy brown spotting( sorry tmi) I got AF full flow Dec 23rd. That would be cd1?

What cm am I looking for that its a sign I'm O-ing?

Here is my last few cycles maybe someone can shed some light on when I might be O-ing

Aug 15
Sept 24
Nov 9
Dec 23

I went from a 40 day cycle to a 46 day cycle then 44 day cycle. I'm going to say this is not normal? I've always had weird periods but not like this. Seems to have changed since having DD.

Any feed back at all would be super helpful!! I'm calling my OB in the morning with hopes I can get an appt by next week.

Hey Tara! Good luck!

CD1 would be the first day of full flow (red blood) AF.

You are looking for EWCM (that is the watery stretchy kind).

I would use an OPK to try and figure out when you are Oing.

i agree! since your cycles are long i would use an OPK and temp to confirm when you are O'ing. Good luck!

i agree! since your cycles are long i would use an OPK and temp to confirm when you are O'ing. Good luck!

how do you temp? I'm guessing when your temp gos up your O-ing?

I would wait the 3 weeks and get DH's SA before making yourself crazy

did you say you went on the pill and off? if so it takes a few cycles to get back on track
