Ugh, just got my +OPK last night and had it all day today, but now I'm cramping like crazy. It's not the twinging pain I felt last night. This is cramping! Is this a normal feeling? I'm new to all this ovulation stuff after going off BCP. I must've felt this last month when I thought AF was coming on.
