You mean the meal replacement drinks? I would caution you against them for weight loss. They aren't filling at all and there are so many other better weight loss alternatives out there. I would suggest looking into Weight Watchers, South Beach or even seeing a nutrionist.
On the other hand, 10lbs isn't a significant amount of weight- you can probably just lose it by making small changes in your diet. For example, switch to water if you drink soda. Eat more fresh fruits and veggies, etc.
I don't think slim fast is a the best solution for weight loss. To me, its just another "fad diet" out there and there are so many healthier ways to go about losing weight.
