Hello temperature dip!
Please please please be ovulation!!! Even though OPK was negative yesterday and today.
ETA: My body woke up at 4:30 so I took my temp and it was 97.5. Fell back asleep until 5 when alarm went off, which is the time I take my temp every day and it was 97.3. I was surprised by that drop in the half hour, but put that one down anyway since I always take it at 5. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Hello temperature dip!
Hmm. Honestly, if it were my chart I would note the first temp at 4:30AM and just note that you woke up 1/2hr early. This has happened to me before and I asked the FF guides and they told me to use the first temp.
ETA: It can def. be an ovulation dip but really hard to say at this point esp. since your OPK was neg.

Ok thanks! I changed it to 97.5 and noted that it was taken at 4:30 instead of my usual time. Often I'll wake up before my alarm goes off. Obviously I shouldn't temp if I wake up around 3 or so, right? Go back to sleep?

Well, if it were me I wouldnt temp at 3AM. I would just go back to sleep and temp at 5AM and just note on the chart that you were sleep deprived..this is what I do. Only in this particular case I would use the first temp since it was only a 1/2hr difference.

Re: Hello temperature dip!
you are supposed t be asleep for 4 hrs prior to taking your temp so the 2nd one you took is not valid.

Thanks, yeah I changed it to go by the first one. I never knew that I should take it when my body wakes up for that short time. Thought the same time of day was more important. Usually I always wake up, take a look at the clock and fall back to sleep. For some reason, this time I figured, let me take my temp. Although I would've thought it would go up in the half hour, not down. I just noted it on FF and on to the next day.
This is what it looks like now....Image Attachment(s):
