My gyno made my day!!
I was at the doctor today...and he was doing that thing where he pushed on your lower stomach..I guess feelin around whatever tey need to feel there. He asked me if I worked out cuz I had abs of steel!
I'm glad someone noticed my latest efforts at a 6 pack!

That is cool. My Gyno didnt recognize me anymore because I had lost 40 pounds. We were pretty friendly and I was wondering why he was acting like he didn't know me at my year appt.
