Does drinking diet soda affect female fertility?

I drink my fair share of diet soda, more than i used to when i got pregnant with DD....do you think it affect female fertility?

I don't know but I drink a lot myself. I've cut back in the last year or so but I'm going to try and cut it out as much as I can before TTC. I just don't think it's healthy in general. But it's just so good!

i don't think there is a direct link but i think that drinking a lot of diet soda is just in general not good for you and poor diet can be worse for fertility.

no.. my ob drank diet coke with her kids.. all during med school and residency.. actually when i went to see her, she was chugging one down and when she gotpreggo, she switched to caffine free diet and as the pp's said.. poor diet can do it for you... so if you are nutritionally sound then i wouldn't worry as much..
