my mom makes this really simple
she takes cleaned, uncooked shrimp, puts them in a pan, one layer, sprinkles them with oregano and some Mrs Dash, and puts pats of butter on top of the shrimp.
Cook for a few minutes until shrimp is done.

i don't measure...
but i put all the following in the food processor then top shrimp or fish with it:
garlic breadcrumbs EVOO couple tsps lemon juice splash or 2 of white wine oregano black pepper
i put butter in the bottom of the pan, sometimes a little more white wine too!
delish!!!!

Thanks for responding...quick question do you still have the shell on the shrimp?
My DH bought shrimp but they cleaned it and they took out the shell...does it matter?
